Updating your profile

Click the Update Profile link to change you log in details include your Email and Passwords.

Changing your Email will require you to re-enter your password

File Manager

If you plan to create you own handbags and other products, you should upload your images to your File Manager. This is where you create and arrange your folders to keep your digital files organized. There is no limit on the number of folders you can create or file you can upload. You can also create child folders, or folder with-in other folders to to keep images in, however sub-folders (or Child folders) may not be seen be the Silverlight design studio; you should try to avoid creating folder inside folders if you plan to design solely using Silverlight.

My Album

An alternate method of managing your image files and recommended for designers who wish to use our advanced Silverlight design studio to create their bags and other products. If your system has Microsoft's Silverlight update installed, you'll be able to upload your image files up to 3x faster than the basic method.

Create an Album, title it, add multiple images to upload, once uploaded click back to My Album, you can share your album with friends and family by sending them email links and a message. They must be logged in to see albums you share so they'll need to register for a free account.

Image Templates

For the perfect print on your product we recommend you design you images to match our size recommendations. To help we have templates that you can download to your computer and use with your image editing software. You must be logged in to view Image Templates.

Adding Additional Addresses (Address Book)

You can add all your shipping addresses here. This is an ideal solution if you choose to create your own bag label or simply want to send a gift to someone.

Example 1: You would like to sell your own images on our products, simply make them and save them, advertise your products on your own website or other medium, when you receive an order, just add it to cart, choose or enter the shipping location for you client and check out; we'll handle the rest. Remember to take payment from your client first though!!

You may have repeat orders to fill, the Shipping Addresses is ideal in this case as you can enter all your customers addresses in the one place.

Example 2: Create a magic one off gift for someone special, without leaving your apartment. Create it, add to cart, enter a shipping destination and check out. Make sure you allow for plenty of time before the special day. Bags are created on demand and by hand, requiring 8 days to manufacture, we recommend creating your gifts 6 weeks before they are due.

Order History

This page displays all your orders and their current status. Items still in Cart can be checked out from your Order History page.

This page will tell you if you product has shipped, if you choose to use FedEx a tracking link will be displayed here. Free shipping status is an estimate only, shipping maybe displayed even it your order has not yet shipped, this is a system limitation we have bee unable to find a work around for at this stage.

If an order has not arrived with-in 6 weeks, please check your post office then contact us

My Saved Designs

As the name suggests, this is where all your saved products are kept, finished and unfinished. You can reorder your completed products, share some of them with friend and family who are members, as well as finish your unfinished work

This handy link lets you contact us, we may also leave newsletters for you here sometime too. if you contact us please allow us up to 3 working days to reply. We have weekends off so remember the are not working days ;o)

Design a product, with our basic designer -  Featuring Adobe Photoshop CS2 - design for your product
This video is for advanced designers who edit designs in editing suites. We use Adobe Photoshop CS2 in this clip. If you plan to create lots of handbags for additional income or start your own label we recommend downloading this video. Adobe Photoshop is expensive however you can can Adobes Photoshop Element for a fraction of the price, a 30day free full version trial is also available. Alternatively you can download the GIMPshop image editing suite for free.

Design a product using MS Silverlight design studio
If you have a compatible computer system, you may prefere to use our design software browser plug-in. The design studio uses Silverlight developed by Microsoft as the backbone providing a powerful and feature rich design experience. If you are a windows user of XP home/Pro, Vista or the latest Windows7; Silverlight may already be installed on your system as part of your windows update service, if not, you can download Silverlight here or visit the Microsoft Silverlight website. All Apple Mac OS X with Intel CPUs should work, pre Intel Apple computers may not work with Silverlight 2+. This video will give you some basic foundations on just some of the cool thins you can do in the design studio.
